Saturday 22nd August 3 - 4.30pm A maximum of 12 participants Create a beautifully modern piece of lunar-inspired art in this calming embossing workshop using aluminium sheet metal and simple texturing techniques. You’ll design and create a series of embossed moon phases, carefully shaping and adding texture to each piece to catch the light and create depth and dimension. Your moons will then be arranged onto beautifully torn-edge paper and displayed within a contemporary floating glass frame, creating a striking finished artwork ready to hang at home. Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn how to emboss patterns and textures into aluminium using specialist tools and techniques. The soft metallic surface is wonderfully satisfying to work with and produces a beautifully reflective finish that changes subtly with the light. With guidance throughout, you’ll have the freedom to personalise your piece through texture, spacing and composition, whether you prefer a clean contemporary look or something more organic and rustic. Suitable for beginners and creative souls alike, this is a wonderfully mindful workshop focused on slowing down, creating with your hands and making something truly unique. All materials, tools, frame and refreshments are included.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
