Service Description
A relaxing mindful art session for teens where they will create their own self-love zendoodle poster. Join us this Mindful Monday for a calm, creative workshop designed especially for children aged 10 and over. In this relaxing session, participants will learn how to combine positive affirmations with beautiful zendoodle designs to create a unique self-love poster they can frame or hang proudly on their wall. Guided by our friendly tutor, teens will explore mindfulness through art by slowing down, focusing on pattern and line, and taking time to reflect on what makes them feel good about themselves. No drawing experience is needed, just a willingness to relax, have fun and get creative. This workshop offers a lovely way to unwind, build confidence and enjoy mindful making in a supportive and welcoming space. All materials are provided, and everyone will leave with a finished artwork that’s both meaningful and personal. Perfect for a calming start to the week and a gentle reminder of the power of self-kindness.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
