Service Description
Saturday 13th June 1.30 - 4.30pm A maximum of 12 spaces available Start the summer season with this relaxing and inspiring Summer Landscape Kinusaiga Workshop. Kinusaiga is a traditional Japanese art form where fabric pieces are carefully placed into a surface to create a beautiful collage-style artwork, all without any sewing. In this peaceful, hands-on session, you’ll design and create your own summer landscape fabric artwork, inspired by rolling countryside, wildflower meadows, coastal scenes, or sunny skies. You’ll have access to a wide selection of colourful fabrics to bring your design to life, and you’re very welcome to bring along any fabrics of your own if you’d like to include something personal. You can work from your own reference image or choose from a collection of landscape images provided on the day. Your tutor will guide you step by step through designing your template and constructing your piece, helping you transform simple fabric into a striking textured artwork. Suitable for all abilities, this calming workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to slow down, get creative, and capture the beauty of the summer landscape in fabric. You can choose to take your piece home framed for an additional £10, payable on the day.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
