Service Description
Set sail on an imaginative journey in this fun and relaxed fantasy map drawing workshop, designed for a parent and child to work together as a creative pair. You’ll begin by staining your map paper for that old-world feel, then scatter rice to create completely unique, organic island shapes. Once the rice is removed, you’ll draw around the patterns to form your magical archipelago. From there, the real adventure begins withadding forests, mountains, sea monsters, castles, caves, and more. You’ll bring your world to life with colour, detail and storytelling, naming each island and giving your entire map a title worthy of legend! Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
