Service Description
Friday 20th February 1.30 - 4.30pm We’re delighted to welcome back Laurie Avadis, a popular local watercolour artist and teacher, for another inspiring workshop at Sage and Salt Studio. During this three-hour session, Laurie will guide you through how to use a limited palette of gouache and ink to create a stunning multilayered sunrise. You’ll discover how to mix and blend colours to produce a wide range of tones and effects, and explore a variety of gouache techniques, including layering, wet and dry brushwork, creating texture, and smooth blending. By the end of the session, you’ll have your own beautifully framed sunrise painting to take home. All levels welcome including beginners. All materials provided, including a mount and frame for your finished piece.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
