Service Description
Saturday 16th May 2 - 4.30pm A maximum of 12 participants Celebrate the arrival of spring in this relaxed and creative copper embossing workshop, where you’ll design and make your own decorative garland inspired by the natural world. Using thin copper sheets, you’ll learn how to emboss and texture your designs using simple tools and scan-style mark making techniques. Think foxes, squirrels, hares, birds and other springtime creatures, all brought to life through pattern, line and texture rather than detailed drawing. You’ll be guided step by step through the embossing process, from transferring simple shapes and motifs onto copper, to building depth, movement and character through mark making. Once complete, your embossed pieces will be assembled into a beautiful garland ready to hang at home. This workshop is perfect for beginners and anyone who enjoys working with texture, pattern and hands-on making. No previous experience is needed, and all materials and refreshments are provided.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
