Service Description
Monday 30th March 3.30 - 5pm Suitable for ages 7+ Parents/Carers are welcome to drop children off and leave, stay and support or book themselves a space and join in! Calling all lovers of cute and cuddly characters. In this Easter holiday workshop, children will design and create their own Jellycat-inspired clay creature to treasure forever. We will begin by sketching ideas and looking at the sweet, rounded shapes that make these characters so adorable. Children will then learn how to shape and join clay properly, adding details such as floppy ears, tiny paws and expressive faces. Once their model is complete, they will choose glaze colours to bring their character to life. This is a hands-on pottery session, perfect for children who love getting creative and working in 3D. No experience is needed as full guidance will be given throughout. Important to know: All pieces will need to stay with us after the workshop so they can dry, be kiln fired, glazed and fired again. Finished creations will be ready to collect approximately two weeks later. All materials are provided. Just bring imagination and be ready to get a little messy!

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
