Capture the magic of Christmas in miniature with this enchanting watercolour workshop. With the expert guidance of experienced designer and painter Sarah Metcalfe, you’ll paint your own tiny wintery Christmas scene, finished in a charming little frame to take home. It’s the perfect festive keepsake, a unique tree decoration, or a thoughtful handmade gift.
 
During the session, Sarah will show you how to use metallic watercolours and inks to bring sparkle and depth to your scene, helping you perfect your masterpiece on this miniature scale. With over 30 years’ experience as a freelance print designer creating patterns and prints for the fashion and furnishing industry, Sarah brings a wealth of skill and a love of all things watercolour – from fabulous florals to tiny landscapes and cute characters.
Your first frame is included, and extra frames will be available to purchase on the day if you’d like to showcase more of your creations.
 
Come along, enjoy a relaxed and festive atmosphere, and leave with your very own miniature work of art to treasure.
 
This workshop is designed for adults. Children aged 8+ can attend if accompanied by a paying adult.
