“Breakwater Birds” is a sweet coastal scene featuring a little group of seaglass seabirds perched on top of vertical driftwood posts, much like the breakwaters you see along the shoreline. Each bird is made from naturally shaped seaglass collected from our local beaches which means every one has its own quirky character. The driftwood posts add a lovely weathered texture that brings the whole scene to life.
 
The artwork is set in an eight inch solid wood white shadow box frame with a mount. The depth of the frame creates a gentle shadow behind the driftwood and birds which gives the piece a soft, three dimensional feel. The glass front and sturdy build make it look properly high quality.
