Join our Creative Club, a fun and engaging art class for home-educated children aged 5 to 13.5 years. Each week, kids will explore a new art activity centered around an exciting theme—this half term's theme is "Out of this World." Parents are welcome to stay or drop off their children. A perfect space for young artists to get creative, learn new skills, and make friends!
Halloween Mosaics

Join us for a fun-filled morning of creativity at our Children's Halloween Mosaic Workshop. Let your little ones unleash their spooky imagination and create their very own mosaic masterpiece.
Our expert instructor Beverley will guide them through the process, teaching them the art of mosaic making. This hands-on workshop is perfect for children of all ages and skill levels. They will have a blast selecting colourful tiles and arranging them to form beautiful patterns on a pumpkin, ghost, skull in hat, or witch on a
broomstick. It's a fantastic opportunity for them to express themselves and develop their artistic skills.
Brush Pen Lettering

Discover the fabulous art of brush pen lettering as you learn to create cool lettering and to make brilliant cards for your friends and family. A perfect activity for half term which will keep your child busy for hours beyond the workshop!
Using many different colour brush pens we explore basic brush pen strokes, build these into letter shapes and then create words and calligraphy lettering quotes for greetings cards. There is also an additional, fun styled, block letter alphabet. As well as creating sparkle with metallic brush pens we also use sparkly gelly roll pens to add details to the cards.
There is no requirement to have neat handwriting or previous art experience. With templates to trace over, this is a fun and relaxing workshop. Having previously been a primary school teacher, I am used to teaching children and will encourage your child to feel at ease and to have a thoroughly enjoyable time.
All the cards that have been made are for your child to take away at the end of the workshop, plus the work pack. This includes lots of templates so that your child can continue to practise brush pen calligraphy lettering, and making cards, at home to their heart’s content!
An adult is very welcome to accompany a child and purchase a ticket to join the workshop as well. Alternatively, you are very welcome to drop off and to return when the workshop ends.
