Start the new year creatively with this peaceful and inspiring Sunrise Kinusaiga Workshop. Kinusaiga is a traditional Japanese art form that involves building an image from fabric pieces fitted into a surface to create a stunning collage-style artwork all without any sewing. In this relaxing session, you’ll design and create your own sunrise-inspired fabric artwork, choosing from a wide range of beautiful fabrics to bring your piece to life. You’re welcome to bring your own fabrics if you’d like to include something special or personal in your design. You can work from your own reference image or select from a variety of sunrise images provided at the workshop. Your tutor will guide you step-by-step through designing your own template and constructing your piece, resulting in a unique, tactile artwork that captures the beauty and calm of a sunrise. Perfect for all abilities, this therapeutic, hands-on workshop offers a lovely creative escape and a beautiful way to brighten up your January with colour, calm, and a touch of Japanese artistry. You can choose to take your piece home framed for an additional £10. payable on the day.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
