Friday 10th April 6:30 - 8pm A maximum of 12 participants The Playful Practice Workshop is a relaxed, monthly art session focused on creative exploration. Designed as a gentle pause from everyday business, the workshops offer time and space to slow down, reconnect with creativity, and enjoy the calming, restorative benefits of making art. Each 1.5-hour session invites participants to experiment with textures, layers, and colour in a supportive, pressure-free environment. There’s no expectation of prior experience or “being good at art” — the emphasis is on play, curiosity, and personal expression. Participants are welcome to bring their own A5 art sketchbook to work in from month to month if they wish, creating an ongoing personal practice. All materials are provided, so you can simply turn up and take part. The workshops are run by an experienced art teacher and are primarily aimed at adults, though sessions can be adapted for mixed-age groups where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
