Service Description
Important: This listing is for a workshop being held at the Carry on Crafting Festival at the South of England Showground, Selsfield Road, Ardingly, West Sussex, RH17 6TL. Sunday 12th July 2 - 4pm A maximum of 8 spaces available Create your own unique mosaic-style piece of coastal artwork using sea glass, pottery, shells, driftwood and stone. In this relaxed and creative workshop, you’ll design and make a framed artwork using an 8″ white wooden box frame and a wide selection of beautiful beachcombed materials. You’ll arrange your materials to form a mosaic-style design, building up colours, shapes and textures to create your own coastal scene or abstract composition. Whether you choose a seaside landscape, birds on driftwood, beach huts or a simple decorative pattern, your finished piece will be completely unique. You’re very welcome to bring along any of your own beachcombed treasures if you’d like to incorporate something personal into your artwork. Sarah-Jane will guide you through the process, offering advice on composition, colour balance and how to securely assemble your piece so it’s ready to display at home. This workshop is suitable for anyone aged 12 and above.

Cancellation Policy
All workshop bookings at Sage and Salt Studio are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your place more than 90 days before the workshop date, we are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice (subject to availability). If you cancel within 90 days of the workshop, we cannot transfer your booking. However, you are very welcome to send someone else in your place. This must be arranged by you, and we kindly ask that you let us know the name of the person attending. In the case of a fully booked workshop with a waiting list, we will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to do so, we can transfer your booking to another workshop of your choice. We hope you understand that our tutors and team put a lot of work into preparing for workshops and, once booked, your place is held just for you.
